Remote Support is an application we have developed to help us help you! It works by allowing our customer service officers to login to your computer and access it as if they were sitting in front of it. This means we can fix those niggly little problems for you by seeing the symptons first hand.

Our staff will decided whether its appropriate to use this feature.

You should download the application to your desktop. Once downloaded, you can activate the program as needed by doublicking on the application on your desktop. A screen will appear with a 6 digit pin number. You simply need to provide this pin to our staff.

All of our services come with a level of support. We have clearly defined our support obligations in the following documents. However, many of our staff have a vast knowledge of computers and are familiar with a variety of other issues that arise from time to time.

For a small fee of just $30/30 minutes, we can assist you with problems like:

  • Printer Driver Installation & Rectification
  • Software Troubleshooting
  • General computer issues
  • Software Updates

Important Information

  • Do not give your pin support number to anyone but EscapeNet staff.
  • You must have internet access to use this service.
  • Remote Support utilises data from quota.
